Organisation Registration Procedure

*Please Note: The ECI Course Help Desk will be closed on Monday 2nd August for the Summer Bank Holiday, and will resume again on Tuesday 3rd August.

If the organisation that is mobilizing you is not already listed (see Full Registered Organisations Listing) you should contact your company representative to register the organization.

The procedure for registering an organisation is:

  1. Download the Overview Documents and Read Them Download both the What is ECI? and the Common Induction Process Introduction and read them before you proceed.
  2. Download the Registration Form
    The registration form is available in Adobe Acrobat document (PDF) format for download. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download the latest version from http://www.adobe.com web site free of charge.
  3. Complete The Registration Form
    This form needs to be completed and signed by an authorized signature. Please ensure that you complete all elements of this form.
  4. Submit The Registration Form
    This form should be e-mailed to cr@opito.com or alternatively posted to:

    AB12 4QL

  5. The Registration Number Is Issued
    Once your form has been processed by OPITO your organisation’s representative will be notified via e-mail of the organisation's registration number.
  6. Organisation is Listed
    Once the organisation has been approved it will be added to the on-line listing.
